Bricklaying Courses.co.uk are an organisation specifically to teach bricklaying to a small groups of people at the weekends (over 4 days = 2 weekends).

The courses are split over 2 weekends and are ideal for students that have not got the time during the week due to having other commitments. With over 34 years of experience of laying bricks at both home and abroad (Auf Wiedersehen Pet).

“My aim is to teach people who wish to learn the art and skill of bricklaying”.

My courses are designed to prepare students for work in the construction industry as bricklayers. They are specifically developed for delivery in a training environment using simulated conditions, and the assessments are based on students what they can do.

On completion of the course the student will receive a certficate of attendance/ completion. They will also have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the different aspects of bricklaying. The courses are totally practical and bespoke to the students learning needs. Therefore students then have the ability and self confidence to enable them to continue their professional development and gain practical brickwork experience at their own pace.

We have recently moved to new premises with some of the latest products on the market to aid and speed up the bricklaying process. We also provide an onsite service for individuals and groups who wish not to travel but have the individual training on site. One of my weekend bricklaying training schools is based in Minehead not far from the M5 Taunton / Bridgwater junctions. Bristol airport is 80 minutes away by car, Taunton railway station is 45 minutes by car. Minehead has a regular bus service from either Bridgwater / Taunton.
You could even make your Brickwork course part of your holiday and learn to lay bricks at the same time.

If you wish to learn to lay bricks properly by a qualified City and Guilds bricklayer who is time served (A 4 year Bricklaying apprenticeship) you have contacted the correct organisation. This is a totally professional bricklaying teaching enterprise, not a cowboy outfit.
